Kilauea Pest Control is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to assist our company with sales, scheduling, administrative duties, and customer service.

We are a locally owned and operated company. We have an ohana based company culture.

The job is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Pay rate for starting is between
$15-20 per hour.

Education and experience:
High school diploma required, college degree preferred.
Two years of sales/customer service, administrative, and/or bookkeeping experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Sales-Utilize training to answer phone/email leads and provide outstanding customer service.
Scheduling and clerical support to the field service staff
Maintain electronic record keeping and customer records with precision and accuracy
Simple bookkeeping/data entry and invoicing
Collections-make customer service and reminder calls
Send, receive, and sort mail
Assist with projects, proposal writing, contract completion, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication
Sales and customer service driven
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
Advanced Word, Excel, internet search skills
Effective time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
Professional telephone and electronic correspondence etiquette.
